The magazines are out - trying to get you to buy their last issue of the year and they have pulled out the stops for the festive month.

Vogue, however (above centre) have gone for a vibe of romance in their cover debuting a fabulous show-stopping dress from Dior Haute Couture . Vogue have dubbed the Dutch model, Lara Stone as 'girl of the year'.
Lily Allen graces the December/January cover of Nylon (far right) bringing her own 'quirkiness' to the cover. We bet she has a lot to say.
InStyle has chosen Hollywood beauty, Thandie Newton to star on this month's cover. This is one of our favourites as Newton looks so graceful sporting the crisp one-shoulder (trend alert!) Roland Mouret dress.
